Description

Food and art have long shared common experiences. In a restaurant, the artwork assists the ambiance. But for a chef, it is always the food that informs the surroundings. Some of the most well-known personalities today are vested with the task of arranging ordinary edibles, into extraordinary glimpses into a craft where each masterpiece lasts but only a few minutes. With its easel like solid ash wood legs, and coated fiberboard round top, Platter extends the role of the premier chef and food stylist down to even the most quickly prepared entrees.
